PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB DAY, ONE MODEL, TWO LOOKS

One professional model styled as the Red Queen, with full period inspired wardrobe, handmade wig, and professional makeup. You will photograph two distinct looks across the afternoon, with the makeup building up for the second look to create a stronger, more dramatic finish.

TWO SETS TO SHOOT
A clean grey studio background set, ideal for creating cut outs and adding your own backgrounds later.
A printed studio background set, perfect for photographers who want to create strong images in camera while they are still learning compositing.

THE CHARACTER, THE STORY
The Red Queen, pretty, dangerous, and full of attitude. A character portrait day designed to feel theatrical, luxurious, and just the right side of scandal, while still being delivered with taste, elegance, and a genuinely premium finish.

WHO THIS DAY IS FOR
This is a local camera club friendly studio day, designed as a relaxed afternoon out with plenty to photograph. It is ideal for beginners who want to try something new, and equally welcome for more established photographers who simply love character portraits.
This is not a formal training day, but we will be on hand throughout to assist, guide, and help with camera settings, posing, and lighting if you would like support.

BACKGROUNDS, COMPOSITING, AND IN CAMERA OPTIONS
We will have a grey background available so you can create clean cut outs for adding your own backgrounds later.
We will also provide a shootable background option on the day, so if you struggle with compositing you can still create strong images in camera.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
One styled model, two looks, two sets, guidance and support. Tea, Coffee. Free parking on site.

FOOD
No lunch is provided. Please bring your own snacks and drinks if you would like them.
