What You Will Photograph

Rococo Elegance: Lady Marguerite (Upstairs Bedroom & Hallway)

Model: Katelyn Eames

Transport yourself to 18th-century Versailles and capture Lady Marguerite, a young French aristocrat awaiting news from court. Lost in contemplation by the window of her manor house chamber, she embodies the romance, elegance, and quiet drama of the Rococo era.

Katelyn will be styled in an exquisite teal silk gown adorned with intricate gold embroidery and elaborate bows, a white powdered Rococo wig, delicate fan, and elegant white gloves. This look is pure Marie Antoinette-inspired opulence.

Location: Light blue bedroom with four-poster bed and hallway with stunning natural window light. Soft, painterly lighting creates that dreamy, museum-quality aesthetic reminiscent of 18th-century portraiture.

Roaring Twenties Glamour: Vivienne (Living Room)

Model: Devon Allen

Step into the Jazz Age and meet Vivienne, a bold, confident flapper who embodies the liberated spirit of the 1920s. She is sophisticated, daring, and unapologetically glamorous, a woman who owns every room she enters.

Devon will be styled in a flowing champagne silk drop-waist gown, complete with Art Deco beaded headdress, finger-waved dark brunette bob, and long pearl necklaces. This look captures the bold confidence and sophisticated elegance of the Gatsby era.

Location: Light, airy living room with period features and beautiful natural light. Strobe lighting provided for dramatic Art Deco-inspired setups.

Your creative brief: Capture the confidence, drama, and sophistication of the Jazz Age. Think bold poses, strong lighting, and that iconic 1920s attitude. Work in both colour and black and white for timeless Gatsby glamour.

Hollywood Glamour: Isabella (Library)

Model: Eleanor Brewin

Enter the golden age of Hollywood and photograph Isabella, a timeless screen siren preparing for her close-up. She is elegance personified, graceful, poised, and effortlessly captivating. This is Old Hollywood royalty meets fairytale romance.

Eleanor will be styled in a stunning gold and silver brocade ball gown featuring intricate floral embroidery, off-shoulder corset bodice, dramatic puffy sleeves, and a sweeping train. Her auburn hair complements the gown's rich tones beautifully.

Location: Grand library with rich wood panelling, leather-bound books and period architectural details. Strobe lighting provided for soft, flattering, cinematic results.

Welle Manor Hall offers stunning period interiors, natural window light, and architectural beauty you simply cannot replicate in a studio.

Lighting Provided
One strobe light setup with each model. Camera settings and lighting guidance provided on the day.

Light Lunch Provided
Enjoy a light lunch in the kitchen during your break.

Small Group Experience
We are keeping attendee numbers small to ensure personalised attention for each photographer, so you get plenty of quality time to create outstanding images with each model and setup.

Schedule

10.30am – Arrival & setup
11.00am – Photography begins (rotating between three setups)
1.00pm – Lunch break
2.00pm – Photography resumes
4.30pm – Workshop concludes

You will rotate between all three models and setups throughout the day, ensuring variety and creative exploration across all three eras.
