An Intimate Bishop Training Day with Salli Gainsford

This is a focused training day built around one goal. Helping you create stronger work with a clear plan, cleaner technique, and a more confident finish. Whether you are refining your craft for client work, building towards qualifications, or simply want a proper reset on the way you shoot and edit, this day gives you structure, guidance, and time to practise with support.

It is practical, hands on, and designed to move you forward. You will leave with clearer direction, better consistency, and a workflow you can repeat.

This is not a standard workshop. This is a training intensive with real teaching, real fixes, and real progress.

Arrival: 10:00am
Training Start: 10:30am
Morning Session: 10:30am to 1:30pm
Lunch Break: 1:30pm to 2:15pm
Editing Session: 2:15pm to 4:30pm
Finish: 4:30pm

How the Day Works

Arrival and Settlement (10:00am to 10:30am)
Arrive, get settled, and meet the group. We will make sure everyone is set up and ready to start on time.

Welcome and Overview (10:30am)
A quick orientation so you know exactly what we are covering, how the day will run, and what you should focus on to get the best results.

Morning Training Session (10:30am to 1:30pm)
This is the main teaching block. Expect clear demonstrations, guided practice, and direct feedback. The focus is on building strong foundations and correcting the small issues that hold work back.

Lunch Break (1:30pm to 2:15pm)
Bring your own lunch and soft drinks. Use this time to reset, ask questions, and review what you have captured so far.

Editing Session (2:15pm to 4:30pm)
We move into the edit with purpose. You will learn how to select more effectively, refine your processing, and finish images to a higher standard without overworking them. This is where everything comes together.

What is Included

Training and guided practice throughout the day (you will be very hands on not just watching me all day) 
An editing session with clear workflow guidance (Feel free to bring your laptops for an editing session rather than just watch me - Optional)
Supportive feedback and Q and A throughout

Any images you would like feedback on, if you want to bring a small selection
